An often overlooked classic of Chinese cooking, hailing from the Sichuan Provence.  Also known as Kung Pao (yes, as in Kung Pao Chicken!).

Wonderful additions to any Asian dish!

Slender pods ripen from green to dark red with thin walls lending to excellent drying.
