A true masterpiece of colors!  Developed in the 1980’s and 1990’s by Carl Barnes, a farmer with Cherokee heritage.

Stunning cobs with kernels that come in all colors and look like little translucent gems.

Traditionally used a popcorn but also works well for grinding into masa / corn flour.
