You may be familiar with the Bhut Jolokia (aka the Ghost Pepper), but have you heard of it’s much lower heat cousin?

Originally cultivated in the Assam region of Northeast India, these peppers are wonderful additions for anyone who loves flavor but is not a huge fan of heat.

Pods ripen from green to red.
