Translated from Portuguese the name of these peppers means ‘Little Beak’ due to their inverted tear drop shape.  Also called Sweetie Drops or Red Beak peppers.  These lovely little flavor bombs come to us from Brazil.

One of our favorites for flavor – when you bite in to one of these your brain will tell you to prepare for heat, because there is capsaicin there, but, its in such a small amount it is overpowered by the slight sweetness and deep, well-rounded flavor of these incredible little peppers!  Slightly hotter than the red variation.
