Originally from Brazil and Peru, what makes these peppers fun is you never know how hot each one will get (though all are relatively low heat)!

Most are fairly low heat, especially around the outsides (without seeds and placenta) but every so often you get one that is hotter the whole way through!

Beautifully shaped pods that ripen from red to green.
