Description

Called Puta Madre in Chile, these are also known as Puta Parió in Argentina and Tova or Covincho in Paraguay.  All get their name from the heat often causing people to swear when eating it!

Tiny, Bird Pepper style pods that ripen from green to red.

C. chacoense is native to the Chaco region of Northern Argentina, the Bolivian Chaco, and Paraguayan Chaco.
