The 50/50 Fish Pepper – A Curious Cultivar special selection.  Having worked with Fish peppers for so long, we have made two focused cultivars of our own over the last several years.  This one came about a few times and we finally had to save our favorite pod and grow out the seeds.  Now in F4, the aim of this cultivar is to have perfectly split pods, half white (variegated) and half colored.  Occurring in about 5 – 10% of pods now after years of selection, this one is truly a fun, visual experiment.

Same flavor and characteristics as a normal Fish pepper but with more variegation.
